Trish is a personal AI assistant product operated by Stewart and Stewart LLC.

Information We May Process

Depending on the features you use, Trish may process account information, conversations, user-selected memories, tasks, notes, settings, voice input, meeting recordings you intentionally create, transcripts, subscription status, technical usage information and support communications.

Voice and Meeting Recording

Voice features require microphone access. Trish Pro may offer user-initiated meeting recording and transcription. Recording should be used only when the user has any consent required by applicable law or policy. The app is intended to visibly indicate when recording is active.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to provide and personalize Trish, authenticate accounts, deliver AI and voice features, organize user-requested tasks and memories, verify subscriptions, provide support, maintain security and comply with applicable obligations.

Service Providers

Information may be processed by service providers supporting AI, transcription, hosting, authentication, analytics, communications and app operations. Final production provider disclosures will be reflected here as the service is finalized.

Device Permissions

Depending on features used, Trish may request microphone, notification and calendar permissions. Users can manage device permissions through their operating-system settings.

Retention and Account Deletion

Information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service and meet applicable obligations. Trish is designed to provide an in-app account deletion option.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
