Privacy Policy

This policy describes the planned handling of information for the Trish service. It should be reviewed before public commercial launch and updated to match final production vendors.

1. Who We Are

Trish is a personal AI assistant product operated by Stewart and Stewart LLC.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on the features you use, Trish may collect or process account information such as your name and email address; content you submit in conversations; memories or preferences you choose to save; tasks, notes and settings; voice recordings when you intentionally use voice features; subscription and entitlement information; technical and usage information; and support communications.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to provide and personalize Trish, authenticate accounts, process and verify subscription access, respond to support requests, improve reliability and security, measure service usage, prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. AI and Service Providers

Some information you submit may be processed by third-party service providers that support AI responses, voice transcription, hosting, authentication, analytics, communications or other operational functions.

5. Device Permissions

Microphone access is used for voice input. Calendar access may be used to add entries you approve. Notification permission may be used for reminders. You can control these permissions through your device settings.

6. Personal Memory

Trish may offer a user-controlled memory feature. Saved memories are intended to be used only when relevant to providing more personalized assistance.

7. Subscription Information

Mobile subscriptions are expected to be processed through the applicable app marketplace. We may receive subscription status information, while payment-card information is generally handled by the marketplace or payment provider.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Trish is designed to provide an in-app account deletion process.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Trish is not intended for children under the minimum age required to independently consent to use of the service in their jurisdiction.

11. Your Choices

You may be able to update settings, manage permissions, delete saved information and request account deletion. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on where you live.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Trish develops.
